brand new aqua S10 two days old is leaking water under the base

Just got my aqua S10 yesterday and went to fill the clean water and emptied the dirty water as well as clean out the mop tray and noticed there is water around the base. Lifted it up the base and the whole underside of the base is covered with water. Checked with a level to make sure that the base is level and so it’s not leaking out because of an unlevel station from the mop tray. What can be done?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused! We deeply regret the issues arising with the robot. You can clean the debris from the suction inlet to avoid clogs:

1. After turning off the main unit, flip it upside down on a flat surface.
2. Locate the push button on one side of the drum and remove the drum and fluffy rollers.
3. Lift the drum axle to reveal the suction inlet filter.
4. Use the provided cleaning brush or a toothbrush and other tools to clean the filter and the dirt in the groove indicated by the red circle until there is no dirt blockage. (Be careful not to push dirt into the filter holes!)

For the base station, you can clean the cleaning tray to prevent blockages that could cause water leakage.
