[D10 Plus Gen 2] Error Message

I keep getting an error message that says “please check and clean filter” so I put a brand new filter in and it keeps saying that. Also on the app it says “internal error please try to restart robot” so I do and nothing changes. What do I do? Also I think mine is just D10 plus not gen 2.

Hi,

For the "please check and clean filter" error: Please replace and clean the filter, then go to "Accessory Usage" to reset the filter, and restart the device to check if the error persists.

For the "internal error please try to restart robot" error: Clean the dust box, filter and their surrounding contact areas thoroughly. Restart the robot, place it on the charging station to charge and let it sit for a while before use.
