Device sharing invitation

I’ve tried to share the device with my partner multiple times via email/id - he is not receiving an invitation, why? In my app I see the invitation is pending, but he is not receiving it.

I have same issue?

Please refer to the following troubleshooting:

1. Ensure the app version is up to date.
2. Ensure your device's region version matches the region selected in the app. Make sure the regions selected for both accounts are the same.
