[X40 ultra] How do I know it’s charging

It’s not lighting up or turning on. This is really frustrating

Hello,

The device will prompt to start charging when charging. From the pictures provided, it seems that the base station is not turned on and the device is not charging. Please refer to the following troubleshooting:

1. First, please confirm whether the base station is powered on normally. Check whether the rocker switch on the back of the base station is turned on and make sure that the indicator light of the base station is on normally.
2. Next, please check whether the adapter plug is loose or damaged. Re-insert the adapter. If the adapter is damaged, it is recommended to replace a spare adapter to charge the robot.
3. Please wipe the charging shrapnel on the charging base to ensure that the charging shrapnel can rebound normally. At the same time, also wipe the charging contact piece on the robot. Place the robot correctly in the base station for charging, charge for 2 to 3 hours, and observe the power information in the APP to see if it can charge normally.
4. Verify that the robot is not overturned. If so, instruct the user to properly position the robot within the charging base station.
