Not resume cleaning automatically

I have a govac 400.  
The robot won’t resume cleaning after charging. It is resumed when I open the app. If I don’t open the app, the scheduled clean for the next day won’t activate either. It’s just sitting idle at the dock. So, I’m done with it. If it’s not fixed soon, I’ll take my money back to Roborock.

Please try the following troubleshooting:

1. **Confirm whether the breakpoint resuming scan switch is on**: Please check the robot settings to confirm that the switch of the resuming resuming function is on to ensure that the function can be used normally.

2. **Working Mode Limitations**: Please note that the resumable function will not be triggered during the time of Do Not Disturb mode.

3. **Fault Alarm Check**: When the robot is charging, please confirm whether there is a fault alarm. If the robot fails, the resumable sweep function will not be triggered.

4. **Confirm device status**: If the robot restarts or resets after the breakpoint restart is triggered, this may also affect the normal operation of the resuming scan function.

5. **Precautions for manual recharging or moving back to the charging base**:
- If you manually put the robot back into the charging dock, or if manual charging is activated, the robot will not be able to re-scan during charging. In this case, wait for the robot to be fully charged, and then start the cleaning task again.
