Reconnecting to wifi

I recently changed WiFi and passwords and I am having trouble reconnecting Dreame to the app, any help would be appreciated

Hi,
Please try the following troubleshooting:

1. Confirm that the app version is the latest version
Note: For IOS 14.1 and above, please open the phone settings-DreameHOME-local network permissions to open, click location again-confirm that "precise location" is turned on
Temporarily turn off the 4G/5G mobile data service of the phone, make sure the phone is connected to the home Wi-Fi network, and open other applications or browsers on the phone to check whether it can access the Internet normally.
If antivirus or wall-climbing software is installed on the phone, please turn it off first.
2. Check the router settings
① It is recommended to set the Wi-Fi name and password to English or numbers, avoiding special symbols and Chinese characters.
② If you use a dual-band router at home, please pay attention to the following two points:
a. If the router is set to "dual-band preferred" or "dual-band in one" (only one wifi signal), you can directly configure the network
b. If the router is set to send two Wi-Fi signals, please temporarily ignore the Wi-Fi signal of the 5G band in the mobile phone wireless network list
③ During and after the network configuration, the router setting cannot hide the Wi-Fi signal.
3. After the above detection is completed, try to restart the robot and router to re-connect to the network. If it doesn’t work, please reset the robot and try to re-connect to the network.
4. If the above method does not work, you can try to use the hotspot to connect to the network.
① Prepare two mobile phones, one of which has correctly downloaded the latest version of the app and enabled location permissions, and the other mobile phone has enabled mobile data as a shared hotspot, as the home Wi-Fi used for network connection, follow the APP prompts to complete the network connection step by step;
② If the hotspot can be successfully connected to the network, open the App-enter the device homepage-find the settings in the upper right corner-accessibility-Wi-Fi management-"+" to manually add a wireless network
