L10s pro ultraheat lower level flooding.

My unit will not correctly bring the dirty water from the vacuum into the dirty container. It pulls in the lower level and has a malfunction, what is the fix for this?

Hi,

Please try the following troubleshooting:

1. Check the sewage outlet:
- Remove the washboard and check if the drain outlet is blocked. If blocked, clean it thoroughly.
- Wipe the overflow sensor on the washboard to ensure it is free of dirt and debris.

2. Check the sewage tank:
- Carefully remove the sewage tank and check if the sewage tank sealing ring is loose, dirty, or turned over. If the sealing ring is dirty, reinstall it and wipe it clean with a cloth to ensure it is firmly installed. If the sealing ring has a turned edge, provide a photo of the anomaly.

3. Fix the sewage tank buckle:
- After emptying the wastewater from the wastewater tank, ensure that the buckle is secured and the wastewater tank is firmly installed in place to prevent leakage during operation.

4. Reinstall the old water tank:
- Reinsert the old water tank into the base. Gently press down to ensure it is properly and securely installed.

5. Clean the base:
- Wipe off the residual water in the equipment base with a dry cloth. After cleaning, reinstall the washboard and check if the fault still exists.

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the above steps, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance.
Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.
