[H14 Pro] Unable to connect my Dreame H14 Pro to the Dreamehome app

Hello, good day.

I have a Dreame H14 Pro, and I haven’t been able to connect it to the Dreamehome app. I’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps, such as:
        •        Restarting the device and my Wi-Fi router.
        •        Checking that location, local network, and mobile data permissions are enabled on my iPhone.
        •        Making sure my phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
        •        Resetting the Wi-Fi on the H14 Pro (pressing the power and cleaning mode buttons).
        •        Updating the Dreamehome app to the latest version.

However, the app still shows the message “Failed to connect” in the final step of the pairing process.
My phone connects to the device, but the process fails when trying to link it to the Wi-Fi network.

I would appreciate it if you could guide me or provide detailed steps to fix this issue.
