Smelly water

Hi dirty water tank smells really bad. I empty it after every cleaning but the smell is really bad. Is there a tip to avoid it? I read that a little bit of dish soap or antibacterial denture tablet could help. Any ideas here on the forum?

I add dishwashing detergent and some water to the dirty bin after I wash it. The dirty water won’t smell too bad when you go to empty it.

Yeah, I empty it daily, rinse with hot water and add some dish soap and still has horrid smell.

I throw in a denture cleaning tablet after I empty and clean it. Cheap & easy, kills gems, and helps a lot with the smell.
