Detergent container error
The detergent container says it’s not installed correct. It’s in as far as it will go and full. The unit is brand new as of today.

Mine did the same thing. I just pulled it out and put it back in, which did the trick.

Please try the following troubleshooting:

1. **Re-plug and re-insert the detergent box**:
- Please remove the detergent box and re-install it, making sure it is fully inserted.
- It is recommended that the user repeatedly plug and unplug the detergent box several times to ensure good contact.
2. **Restart the base station**:
- Have the user power off the base station, wait for about 2 minutes, and then power it back on. This process can help reset the system and resolve potential issues.
3. **Check the problem**:
- After powering on again, please try to use the robot to clean again to see if the problem still exists.
