[X50 Ultra] Left wheel keeps spinning - unable to get on base station

The left wheel keeps spinning, and the vacuum can’t climb onto the base station. It seems like there isn’t enough traction or weight on the left side for it to get over the initial lip of the base station extension. The base station is placed on carpet.

Hi,

Please try the following troubleshooting:

1. **Reinstall the washboard**:
- Remove the mop pad and washboard, and then reinstall the washboard to ensure that it is firmly installed to ensure that the robot can work properly.

2. **Clean charging contacts**:
- Wipe the charging pad of the robot and the charging contacts of the base station to ensure that there is no dirt or dust blocking the contact. At the same time, check whether there is any foreign object stuck on the drive wheel. If there is, please clean it in time.

3. **Restart the base station and robot**:
- Disconnect the power supply of the base station and wait for about 2 minutes before re-powering it. At the same time, restart the robot.

4. Try reinstalling the ramp. It is also recommended to place the base station on a hardwood floor. Carpet may cause the base station to be unable to remain level, causing the device to be unable to connect to the base station.

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the above steps, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance.
Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.
