L40s Ultra AE

My L40s Ultra AE has this issue where the mop arm will extend out on its own when it starts the mop wash cycle while docked.  This causes it to undock, spill water around, and not complete the wash cycle.  I've checked the settings but I cannot figure out why itself doing it.  Any ideas or help? Thanks in advance!

Please try the following troubleshooting.

1. First, try disabling the mop extend function on your device in the app.

2. Check the mop for any foreign objects entangled around it.

3. Check the washboard for dirt. Clean it and try again.

4. Restart your device.

Also, please kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.

I had this issue on a brand new unit. Restarting the robot fixed it for me and recalibrated the extension mop pad mechanism. Hold the power button down until it shuts off… wait a few… then hold power button to boot it back up.
