[L40 Ultra] Mops dry after a few minutes while cleaning

Hello there. First time using our l40 ultra ae. The moos seem to run dry very quickly and the robot doesn’t seem to know that it’s mopping dry. Does this machine have a sensor for when the mops are dry and it out of water to dispense on the mops ?

If not, how does one program the robot to go fill its self back up frequent enough so that it has enough water for each room ?

I’ve had the same problem with my mop running dry so I broke my living room up into six different sections(about 10’ x15’ sections), and I programmed each one hour apart on the mop schedule in one day, it’s allowed my living room to have sufficiently clean areas. I’ve also turned off the dry function. It also helps if you turn off the vacuum function too, so it won’t dry up when it’s going back over it.

Hi,

1. **Check the water discharge from the small water tank**:
- Please remove the mop pad from the robot and only install the mop pad holder on the robot.
- Then, start the mopping task from the base station, wait for 5 minutes, and check if there are water droplets on the ground.
- If there are small water droplets on the ground, it means that the robot's small water tank can discharge water normally.

2. **Adjust the backwash frequency setting**:
- Please enter the settings and adjust the "mop-washing frequency" option to "by area—10㎡".
- After the setting is completed, please continue to observe the use of the robot under this setting to confirm whether it can mop the floor normally.
