Sensor error

Hit objects and stops working every 30min even though object recognition function is on. It says sensor error even though the sensor is clean. Any way to fix this?  

This is L50 ultra. First day using it.

I just got my L50 ultra last week and got the cliff sensor dirty error as well. The thing starts going backwards or spinning in a circle for a minute or 2 and then tells me “wheels are suspended, clean sensors and reposition” or something like that. I’m so confused I cleaned the sensors like it said and it still won’t work. Don’t understand how sensors could be this dirty after a handful of days.

After cleaning the sensor, gently tap it to check if it rebounds normally. Restart the device and test again.
