[L10s Pro Ultra] Remaining notifications unless resolution

Dear,  
My L10s Ultra Heat Pro was emtpy of détergent.  I filled it and replaced the tank back.  But now it is telling six times every run « Détergent insufficient, please fill it ».  I watched the level of detergent and it seems to go lower and lower.  How could I stop the notifications ?  Thank you

Hi,
Please try the following troubleshooting.

1. Check the firmware version: Please confirm whether the robot has been updated to the latest firmware version. If not, it is recommended that the user upgrade the firmware first
2. Check the cleaning solution switch: Please confirm whether the switch for automatically adding cleaning solution is turned on. If the switch is not turned on, please turn it on.
3. Re-insert the detergent box and restart the base station:
- Please try to re-insert the detergent box to ensure that it is installed correctly.
- Then, turn off the power of the base station, wait 2 minutes, and then re-power it on to see if the robot returns to normal.
4. Please fill the detergent box if needed.
