[X50 Ultra] Dry passes while mopping

I just started using my L50 Ultra, so I know this may be user error. But my robot seems to make dry passes while mopping.  I watched it mop last night and it was random where the robot just wasn’t putting water on some passes, the door would be dry. It didn’t go back over the area either. It also seems like the mop pads are barely touching the floor so it isn’t really cleaning the floor that well. Lots of spots left on the floor. Is there setting to correct this ?

Hi,
Please try the following troubleshooting.

1. Check the water discharge from the small water tank:
- Please remove the mop pad from the robot and only install the mop pad holder on the robot.
- Then, start the mopping task from the base station, wait for 5 minutes, and check if there are water droplets on the ground.
- If there are small water droplets on the ground, it means that the robot's small water tank can discharge water normally.
2. Adjust the backwash frequency setting:
- Please enter the settings and adjust the "mop-washing frequency" option to "by area—10㎡".
- After the setting is completed, please continue to observe the use of the robot under this setting to confirm whether it can mop the floor normally.
