Mops not wet

Hi hope anyone could provide some help.

I have the Dreame L10, and in love … but recently i’ve changed filters and mops and dust bag and cleaned the tank, while resetting noticed mop pads are not getting wet… i checked the water thank and pipes and blew and even the noise while cleaning is done … but the actual robot is not wetting the mops … i don’t find any video that shows that issue … maybe some debris? any idea how can i clean the robot tank flow to the mops ? TIA

Hi,
Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

if it is the base station not dispensing the water:

1. Check the cleaning solution
- Please make sure that you are using **the Dreame official cleaning solution**. It is not recommended to add cleaning solution or disinfectant from other brands, as this may cause internal pipes to become clogged, which will affect the performance of the machine.
2. Check the clean water tank
- Please check whether there are foreign objects blocking the sealing plug and pipes of the clean water tank, and make sure that there are no objects that hinder the water flow.
3. Check the clean water tank cover
- Make sure that the clean water tank cover is closed. If you are not sure, you can gently open and reinstall the clean water tank to ensure that it is firmly installed.
4. Clean the water outlet at the bottom of the base station
- Use a cleaning tool to clean the water outlet at the bottom of the base station, and make sure that there is no dirt or debris affecting the water outlet.
5. Base station self-cleaning and water outlet observation
- You can perform self-cleaning of the base station and observe the water outlet at the bottom of the base station:
- Find the self-cleaning function in the app and start the base station self-cleaning task.
- Observe whether there is water flowing out of the water outlet at the bottom of the base station to confirm that it is working properly.

If it is the robot itself:

1. **Check the water discharge from the small water tank**:
- Please remove the mop pad from the robot and only install the mop pad holder on the robot.
- Then, start the mopping task from the base station, wait for 5 minutes, and check if there are water droplets on the ground.
- If there are small water droplets on the ground, it means that the robot's small water tank can discharge water normally.

2. Please use a toothpick or other items to clean the three water outlets of the water tank and the air vents of the water tank rubber plug (as shown in the picture) to see if water can come out.

3. **Adjust the backwash frequency setting**:
- Please guide the user to enter the settings and adjust the "mop-washing frequency" option to "by area—10㎡".
- After the setting is completed, please continue to observe the use of the robot under this setting to confirm whether it can mop the floor normally.

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the above steps, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance. Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.
