[X50 Ultra] L50 ultra cleaning in room I didn’t select?

Why is my L50 ultra cleaning my living room (it’s actually not vacuuming it’s just roaming around) when I clearly said only clean kitchen and dining room (in picture below). Anybody experience this / know how to fix?

If you just got it, it could be that is mapping out the layout of your house. Also, be sure you’re connected to the WiFi.

It is pretty new but it’s already gone through the mapping run last week and has run several “normal” cleaning runs already. Strange

Did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same issue.

My L50 is still learning BUT it is leaving clumps of pet hair all over the bedroom carpet.

Mine is brand new and learning also, but seems to think the color variances on my tiles are dirt! It has been going over and over and over each tile now for an hour!

Mine mops the rugs, goes where it wants to and I just paid for wheels even though the warranty goes through July 4, 2028. They didn’t tell me I could look that up on my phone and I found it accidentally. My machine is a nightmare.

Hi,

Please try the following troubleshooting.

1. Please check if the device's path to the dining room or back to the base station is blocked, preventing the device from going there and causing it to linger in other places.

2. Check for faults during cleaning**: If you find that the robot keeps turning in circles during the cleaning process, please guide the user to check whether the rear drive is stuck by foreign objects. You can try the following steps:
- Clean and wipe the rear drive to ensure that there is no debris affecting its normal operation.
- Power off and restart the robot to see if the problem is solved.

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the above steps, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance.
Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.
