Not suckling to the dirt bag

Recently noticed that my L10 stops sucking to the dirtbag after cleaning.
Do you know what i should check?

Please try the following troubleshooting.

1. **Make sure the base is powered**: Please make sure that the base of the machine is powered, and when performing dust collection, the dust cover of the dust collection bin must be completely covered and the dust bag must be installed correctly.

2. **Check the dust bag status**: Please check whether the dust bag is full. If it is full, please replace the dust bag and then perform dust collection again.

3. **Clean the dust collection port**: Check the dust collection port of the main unit and the base, and the dust collection outlet of the dust box to ensure that they are not blocked. If blocked, please clean them before dust collection.

4. **Check the APP settings**: Please check whether the dust collection button in the APP is turned on. If necessary, please turn it on. Also note that if the "Do Not Disturb Mode" is turned on, the machine will not execute the dust collection command during this time period. You can consider turning off or changing the Do Not Disturb time period.

5. **Clean the charging electrode**: Check whether there is dirt on the transparent window at the charging electrode, which may affect signal transmission. Please clean it with a dry paper towel and try again.

6. **Set dust collection frequency**: If there is a lot of dust and dirt in your home, it is recommended to increase the dust collection frequency to maintain the cleaning effect.
