Aqua 10 Roller Base just leaked a lot!

Water was all over my floor and under the base earlier today. Firmware is auto updated.

If you find the base station leaking (water coming out of the washboard), please follow these troubleshooting steps first.

1. Clean the robot’s suction inlet to avoid clogs:
(1) Turn off the robot, then flip it upside down on a flat surface.
(2) Find the "Push" button on one side of the roller, remove the mop assembly and fluffing roller.
(3) Lift the roller axle to see the suction inlet filter.
(4) Use the cleaning brush or a toothbrush to clean dirt from the filter and the groove marked in the red circle (don’t push dirt into the filter holes).

2. Clean the base station’s washboard:
Wipe away dirt on the washboard to prevent blockages that cause leaks.

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the above steps, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance.
Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.

I have the same problem with my five days old aqua 10 ultra roller. Very disappointing., and considering a return if this is what is gonna happen and this requires this much maintenance every three or four days.  I will go through the steps one time and see how it goes.
