[X30 Ultra] Constant issues

My x30 ultra is constantly interrupting task. Can't attach mop pads, acts like it's lost, it doesn't even clean on its schedule sometimes. It will come out and clean for 1 minute and go back. Horrible at obstacle avoidance. Occasionally it will edit the floor map as well. Nothing but issues and headaches from the most expensive vacuum on the market.

Hi,

Please try the following troubleshooting.

1. Regarding cleaning tasks being interrupted or resuming cleaning after only one minute, please check for obstacles preventing the device from continuing. Also, check for app errors.

2. Regarding the inability to attach mop pads, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1). Check Base Station Wash Board
Confirm the washboard in the base station is properly installed.

2). Replace Mop Pad
If the mop pad has been used for a long time, we recommend replacing it with a new one to see if the issue improves.

3). Check Mop Pad Holder Magnet
a.If the problem persists after replacing the mop pad, check if the magnets on the mop pad holder are functioning normally
b.Try swapping the left and right mop pads for testing
c.Confirm you are using genuine mop pads
d.If the magnets are rusty or have abnormal magnetism, you need to replace a new mop pad holder

4). Device Restart and Reinstallation
Remove the robot from the base station, detach the mop pad holders, then manually restart the robot
After the robot restarts and returns to normal, reinstall the mop pad holders

3). Regarding navigation issues, please check for dirt or foreign objects entangled in the sensors and wheels.

4. "Not cleaning according to schedule" refers to cleaning out of order or not starting the scheduled cleaning task.

5. Poor obstacle avoidance capability:

1). Robot without AI obstacle avoidance
- **How it works**:
- This type of robot detects obstacles such as furniture through the **bumper sensor** (impact sensor) in front. When the robot approaches an obstacle, it will slightly move closer to detect and locate the obstacle, which is the normal working method.

2). Robot with AI obstacle avoidance
- **Troubleshooting steps**:
1). **Check the AI camera**:
- Check whether the AI camera has dust, dirt or other obstructions.
- Clean the camera to ensure that it works properly.
2). **Check the front bumper sensor**:
- Check whether the rebound function of the front bumper sensor is normal. After contacting an obstacle, the sensor should be able to rebound quickly.
- If the bumper sensor is faulty, it may cause obstacle detection errors.
3). **Restart the robot**:
- After completing the above checks and cleaning, restart the robot.
4). **Restart the mission**:
- Restart the robot and start a new mission, observe its performance in the environment, and make sure it can effectively avoid obstacles.

6. The device monitors the surrounding environment in real time during operation. If the layout of your home changes or obstacles are encountered during cleaning, the map will be updated.

If the issue remains unresolved after completing the above steps, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance.
Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.
