[X40 ultra] LOW WATER LEVEL

I fill the entire clean water tank to full and it keeps saying it’s not. I need to fill it. I clean it out and do it again and still nothing, cleaned the dirty water tank and everything. Does this little floater have to float to indicate/sensor that it’s filled? It keeps sinking and there’s too much water in it I’m assuming, how do I fix this

Hi,
When filled with water, this float should rise; if it doesn't, this might be causing the problem.

You can try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the installation of the clean water tank. Ensure the clean water tank is properly installed and magnetic float valveat the bottom are in correct position. Verify the magnet is present. If the magnet is missing, it is recommended to replace a new clean water tank.
2. Check the water volume. Ensure that there is enough water in the clean water tank. If the water volume is insufficient, the system will prompt an abnormality. Please add an adequate amount of clean water, and then click the cleaning button on the base or the start button in the App to start cleaning.
3. Reinstall the clean water tank. Place the clean water tank back in position and gently press it to ensure accurate docking with the base station.
4. Check the sealing. There is a sealing plug inside the base station where the clean water tank located. If it falls off to the bottom of the clean water tank, it may cause the clean water tank to be elevated, resulting in the system being unable to correctly sense the position of the magnet in the clean water tank. It is recommended to check carefully.
5. Restart the device.  If the error persists despite having water, unplug the base station power, wait for 1 minute, then reconnect the power and try again.
