[X50 Ultra] Thinks my tile color variances are dirt

Wow, this x50 ultra either thinks the variation in color on my tiles are dirt, or as it just told me, it thinks the tiles are individual carpets. It cleaned for an hour and didnt even complete ine room! Funny thing is (not really funny but ironic) it didnt even clean into the corners under the toe kick of my cabinets like my $300 dollar one does. INSANE

Hi,

Please try the following troubleshooting.

1. Please wipe the device's sensors to ensure they are free of dirt.

2. Check the wheels for dirt or tangled objects.

3. Please tidy up any scattered items on the floor before cleaning.

4. We recommend rechecking the map and restarting the device.

5. If it misidentifies a carpet, please manually delete the misidentified map in the app and test again.

Regarding cabinet cleaning:

1. Try adjusting the suction power to max.

2. **Verify Collision-Avoidance Mode settings:**

- Please check if your robot vacuum has **Collision-Avoidance Mode** enabled. If this function is enabled, the robot will not perform recessed cleaning on walls and under cabinet shelves.

- You can check or turn this switch off by following these steps:

- Settings > Floor Cleaning Settings > **Collision-Avoidance Mode**.

3. **Verify Mop Extension for Gap Cleaning Settings**:

- Please confirm whether your robot vacuum has the **Mop Extension for Gap Cleaning** function enabled. If not, it is recommended that you enable this function for better crevice cleaning.

- You can access this setting via the following path:

- Settings > AI-driven MopExtend Settings > **Mop Extension for Gap Cleaning**.

4. **Restart Vac & Mop Tasks**:

- After completing the above steps, it is recommended that you start the **vacuum and mop (Vac & Mop)** task in the wall and under-cabinet areas to see if the cleaning effect has improved.
