The dock turns off on its own for some reason

Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Check if the rocker switch on the back of the base station is turned on, and ensure the base station’s indicator light is on normally.  

2. Check if the adapter plug is loose or damaged. Re-insert the adapter firmly. If the adapter is damaged, we recommend replacing it with a spare adapter to charge the robot.  

3. Refer to the user manual to confirm whether your home's voltage matches the product's operating environment.
