Need to add detergent

I have a question, my dream vacuum constantly says it needs detergent. It’s already got detergent. I’ve already pulled the detergent reservoir in and out several times. But it insists that I need detergent. Am I doing something wrong?

Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Please check if your robot has the latest firmware version. If not, please update the firmware first.
2. Please confirm the Auto-Add Detergent function in the dock setting is turned on. If not, please enable this function.
3. Please reinsert the detergent box to ensure it's properly installed. Then, power off the base station, wait 2 minutes, and then restart it to see if the robot returns to normal operation.
