Suction

Yes, I have been noticing lately that the suction isn't powerful, even though I have it on the Highest Setting, and there's nothing clogged in the filter. It's good, it won't even pick up dry oatmeal in the kitchen after running over it multiple times. I clean my vacuum every Sunday, top to bottom. I don't understand why the suction is weaker or getting weaker with time.

I’m having the same issue. Any suggestions?  Otherwise I think I’m going to return it.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Please confirm whether there is wind blowing out of the air outlet while the robot is vacuuming.  

1. If wind is blowing out, this indicates the fan is working properly.
- We recommend cleaning the dust box and filter to ensure the device’s suction remains unobstructed.
- Additionally, please increasing the suction power and performing multiple cleaning cycles to improve the overall cleaning effect.  

2. If there is no wind blowing out of the air outlet during vacuuming and no fan operation sound is heard, this may mean the fan is abnormal.
