Side brush randomly swinging out

My side brush keeps randomly popping out. Even when on dock. I have checked all sensors cleaned the robot and dock. Checked for updates and resorted to full reset. Still doing it. Got the vacuum in September and its been doing this since a month of having it.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Please carefully check the side brush for any hair or debris that may be tangled around it.
2. If debris is found, please remove the side brush by pressing or rotating the fixation mechanism.
3. Please use scissors or manually remove any tangled hair and debris from the side brush.
4. Please ensure the rotating part moves freely without obstruction.
5. Please reinstall the side brush securely following the same removal steps.
6. Please restart the robot by turning it off and then back on.
7. Please start a new cleaning task to observe if the side brush operates normally.
