[L10s Ultra] Mop pad washboard cleaning functions malfunctioning

The robot vacuum is functioning fine but the water dispensing and drying functions of the mop pad washboard are no working. There’s no water backup. I tried cleaning the vents in that area.

Hi,

If you are referring to the base station mop not dispensing water, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Please confirm that you are using Dreame official cleaning solution.Other brands of cleaning solutions or disinfectants may cause internal pipe blockages and affect machine performance.
2. Please check if there are any foreign objects blocking the sealing plug(refer to attached picture) of the clean water tank and the pipeline.
3. Ensure the clean water tank cover is properly closed. If unsure, gently open and reinstall the tank to confirm it's securely positioned.
4. Use a cleaning tool to clean the water outlet holes at the bottom of the base station.
5. Initiate the self-cleaning function via the App and observe if water flows properly from the spray holes at the base station bottom, confirming normal operation.

If the base station drying function does not work, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Check if the robot's mop is rotating normally. Abnormal rotation can lead to incomplete wringing and result in a damp mop.
2. When the robot is drying in the docking station, you can lean close to the station and feel for a faint airflow coming out, as well as a low humming sound from the station.
