Not changing

Just bought this Robot vacuum/mop. When it went out to begin cleaning and needs to charge it goes back to the docking station. The machine says it is cleaning the mop heads and completes the process then jumps off the docking station to continue working BUT the robot quickly says it is going back to the docking station to charge. It returns to the dock and repeats the process of cleaning the mop head and jumping off the docking station without charging. It did this more than 5 times and I cancelled the cleaning job. My floor area around the docking station just gets super wet because of this problem. This is a brand new robot and is already having issues. Is this a problem that can be fixed or should I just return this robot?

Please check whether there is any dirt or foreign objects stuck at the bottom of the base station or the robot, and clean them.

Restart and reset the device.
