Ok after several attempts I finally got it to clean this area.  But it acted very strange and didn’t cover the area very well.

It is occasionally possible for the cleaning robot to miss specific areas, which is typically related to environmental factors or map settings. Please find below the common causes and our corresponding troubleshooting suggestions for your reference:

1. Inaccessible Narrow Areas
The robot may be unable to enter and clean very narrow spaces. Please ensure the entrance to the area is at least 2 cm wider than the robot's body to allow smooth passage.

2. Ultrasonic Carpet Recognition
In mopping mode, robots equipped with ultrasonic carpet recognition may detect carpets and avoid entering those areas to prevent wetting them. For cleaning these spots, we suggest temporarily removing the rug, or turning off the "Carpet Cleaning" mode in the App before starting a new cleaning cycle.

3. Map Overlap Causing Positioning Errors
If the saved map becomes overlapped ("map duplication"), it can lead to inaccurate positioning and missed spots. In this case, please try "Remapping" or "Restoring" a previously saved and accurate map version via the App.
4. Obstacles at the Entrance

If there are obstacles like high-pile rugs or cables at the entrance of an area, the robot will engage its obstacle avoidance and may not enter. Please check and clear such obstacles from the floor before initiating a cleaning session.
