[X50 Ultra] W10 Pro not appearing after setup

After setting up W10 Pro the vacuum isn’t appearing anywhere in the app.


Didn’t see W10 pro as an model option so just picked a random one

Hi,

Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Go to the DreameHome APP: Launch your device's APP and log in to your account.
2. Enter the settings: Click on the "Me" option in the bottom right corner to enter the personal center.
3. Select settings: On the personal center page, find "Settings" and click to enter.
4. Switch the region: In the settings menu, select the "General" option, then find the "Region" setting. Switch according to the region corresponding to your device.
5. Reconfigure the network: After switching the region, please try to reconfigure the network (network configuration) to ensure that the device can connect normally.
Ensure the app is running the latest version.

If the issue remains unresolved and you are a user in North America, you can contact support.na@dreame.tech for support.
Also, kindly provide a video of the problem and device's SN to help with diagnosis.
