Not charging

I have dreame d10 plus gen 2 and it does this every month i dont no why i woke up this morning seeing ot off on the floor so i carry it to base it said starts charging for a second and then the robot turns off and then did it again then completely stoped its 74% please help

Hi,

1. Check if the rocker switch on the back of the base station is turned on, and ensure the base station’s indicator light is on normally.  

2. Check if the adapter plug is loose or damaged. Re-insert the adapter firmly. If the adapter is damaged, we recommend replacing it with a spare adapter to charge the robot.  

3. Clean charging contacts and test charging:  
   - Wipe the charging shrapnel on the charging base to ensure it can rebound normally.  
   - Also wipe the charging contact piece on the robot.  
   - Place the robot correctly in the base station, charge it for 2 to 3 hours, and check the power information in the APP to confirm if charging works normally.  

4. Verify that the robot is not overturned. If it is, please reposition the robot properly within the charging base station.
