Robot looping on rugs

No sure what happened but the robot is looping on rugs.  Like why is this happening? Like an infinite loop.

1. Please check whether the rear drive/sensor is stuck by foreign objects.
2. Please confirm the actual carpet material. If the carpet is long-haired or thick, the AI camera in front of the robot will identify the carpet as an obstacle and will not clean it.
