It does not recognize the detergent container

Hi everyone, I just got the Matrix X10 Ultra robot vacuum, and it's not recognizing the detergent container. I've taken it out and put it back in several times, but it still doesn't recognize it. I've also unplugged the base to reset it, but it still doesn't recognize it. What do you recommend I do? Has anyone else had this problem?

1. Please remove and firmly reinsert the auto-detergent compartment, ensuring it's fully inserted and making proper contact. It is recommended to repeatedly remove and reinsert the auto-detergent compartment to ensure proper contact.
2. Please power off the base station, wait approximately 2 minutes, then restart it.
4. After turning it on again, please try using the robot to clean and see if the problem still exists.
