[L40 Ultra] Robot disconnects (becomes offline) after I start cleaning l.

I’m experiencing a strange issue with my L40 Ultra AE. When I start a cleaning cycle, the robot leaves the dock normally, but after a few minutes it goes offline in the app. It still completes the cleaning and returns to the dock, but the app continues to show it as offline. It doesn’t come back online even after docking. I’ve tried re-pairing it multiple times, but the problem persists.

Hi,

Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Please restart your router and check if the router's 2.4G network is connected and stable when the issue occurs.
2. Reset the device and reconfigure the network connection.
3. When the device goes offline, manually place it back on the charging dock for 2-3 hours to check if the problem is caused by low battery. See if it prompts "Start Charging" when it begins charging.
