Piece of vacuum that mop head stem fits missing

One side of mop head lockers has an exterior piece in the vacuum- looks like a piece fell off and now mop pad doesn’t lock in- are there replacements for this?

Vacc is also not sucking up debris any longer

The mop pads won’t stay on and it looks like a piece is missing? Also device not sucking up dirt or emptying correctly. I will email address too.

This had to be emptied by hand

Pretty discouraging and disappointing as this has not worked well. Already sent back for repair once
