[L10s Ultra Gen 2] Not emptying garbage

The robot does vacuum,  but it hasn’t been emptying in a while, I have to empty the robot, for it to continue working

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Please manually activate the "Auto Empty" function in the APP to test if the base station's dust collection operates normally. If the base station's dust collection function is operating normally, the issue may be due to excessive pet hair in your home. When the robot's dust bin is full, it can cause hair and debris to accumulate in the base station, making collection difficult.
2. Please manually clean the robot's dust bin and filter, as full dust bins can prevent proper collection. We recommend maintaining these components 1-2 times weekly.
3. Confirm whether the device is in Do Not Disturb mode. If it is, the auto-empty function will not work.
