Dreame vacuum spinning in circles

I have cleaned all the sensors, wheel is not clogged, did a factory reset and all firmware is up to date. My Dreame vacuum continues to just spin in circles and goes no where.

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

1. **Confirm robot behavior**: First, please confirm whether the robot turns in a circle after leaving the base station and then can perform subsequent cleaning normally. This circling behavior is a normal reaction of the robot to locate and self-check after leaving the base station.

2. **Check for faults during cleaning**: If you find that the robot keeps turning in circles during the cleaning process, please guide the user to check whether the rear drive is stuck by foreign objects. You can try the following steps:
- Clean and wipe the rear drive to ensure that there is no debris affecting its normal operation.
- Power off and restart the robot to see if the problem is solved.
