[L10s Ultra Gen 2] Squeaking noise from potentially the wheels when robot is moving

My robot has developed a squeaking noise from what I think may be the wheels when moving. The noise can be heard in the video attached, I have removed and cleaned debris from the front wheels, as well as serviced any external component that may have developed any debris with no change. What should I do?

Same here. Cleaned front wheel. Send like I can get to the side wheels without going through warranty seal.

Hi,

Please follow the steps below to help identify and resolve the issue:

1. Please check the suction power setting in the APP, as high suction power or Carpet Boost Mode will increase operating noise.
2. The operating sound of the fan will also increase when the robot returns for mop washing.
3. Please remove the side brush, roller brush, and mop pad from the bottom of the machine and then start it. If the sound returns to normal:
· First, install the side brush and start the machine. If unusual sounds occur, please check if the side brush is deformed.
· If the side brush is normal, the friction noise from the roller brush cover of a new machine typically lessens or disappears after several uses.
· If unusual sounds occur after installing the roller brush, please remove it, check both ends for any tangled debris, and ensure the cover is correctly installed and securely snapped into place on all sides.

If the abnormal sound persists after removing all the components mentioned above:
· Please power off the robot, press down on both drive wheels simultaneously and slide them to check if they rotate smoothly and rebound properly when released, and then clean them.
· Please rotate the universal wheel to check if it moves smoothly, and clean it if necessary.
· If you have washed the filter assembly, please ensure it is completely dry before use.

If it is determined that there is a problem with the wheels, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance.
Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.

I had the same issue. You can easily remove the front wheel and add some WD40 to the metal axle and also try to get some WD40 inside of the wheel as well. Then pop it back on and wipe up and excess.
