Question about Dreams cleaning solution use

I have an L50 ultra and iam wondering if it is ok to put the cleaning solution in the clean water tank as well? It says to do so on the bottle but does not say so in the L50 instructions.

Yes, Dreame needs to clarify how the cleaning solution works. Some posts say it's just used for cleaning the mops and some say it's added to the water. It's possible it varies by model? In any case Dreame should officially clarify so customers aren't confused.

1. The X50 Ultra and earlier models do not support automatic cleaning solution addition for mopping; it's only for washing the mop.

2. You can add a small amount of cleaning solution to the clean water tank. The cleaning solution ratio for robot vacuums is 1:200 (ml). This means you need to mix 1 ml of cleaning solution with 200 ml of water. Adding too much will cause the device to produce excessive foam and clog the pipes.

3. Only use Dreame's official cleaning solution.
