L10s keeps giving wheels off the ground when leaving dock

Every time to vacuum departs the dock for first time it gives an error for cliff sensor saying wheels off the ground,  wipe the sensors and it starts up, even just moving the robot and starting it will run okay,  tried relocating station even though there was no problem until a few days ago in the previous location.

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

Cliff sensor issue:

1. Upgrade the robot firmware to the latest version.
2. Turn off the power, flip the device, and use a cotton swab with alcohol to clean the surface of the cliff sensors
(usually the four black oval windows on the bottom) to remove dust or water stains that may cause interference.
3. Avoid using it on dark carpets or reflective tile areas; if necessary, set up no-go zones/virtual walls through the app to block high-risk areas.

wheels off the ground issue:

1. Upgrade the robot firmware to the latest version.
2. Check if the robot's drive wheels rebound properly.
Inspect if they are stuck due to hair or cables getting tangled, clean them, and restart the robot.
