[H14 Pro] H15 Pro not connecting to wifi

Just got the H15 pro heat delivered today and it won’t connect to WiFi. Tried all solutions including the official solutions. Still no luck. Need help ASAP.

Hi,

We're sorry for the inconvenience this caused. Regarding the issue of failing or being unable to connect to the Internet, please refer to the following operations:

1. Move the device to an area with strong WiFi signal and verify the password.
2. Ensure the WiFi is 2.4 GHz (the device does not support 5 GHz). Alternatively, try using a phone hotspot.
3. Exit and restart the app, then retry the connection.
4. If QR code pairing fails, manually add the device via: Add device > Add > H series > H15 pro Heat.
5. Press and hold the Voice button + Self-cleaning button for 3 seconds to reset the device to factory settings, then retry.

If issues persist, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further investigation and assistance. And provide the following information.

1. Switching between WiFi and mobile data may cause restrictions; please see the attached screenshot for settings.
2. Toggle the phone's Airplane mode on and off, then retry.
3. If the problem continues, go to Profile > Help & Feedback > Report Logs. Submit logs with your account ID and a video of the failed pairing.
