Not able to auto dock

I have one L10s ultra, recently got a L40s ultra AE. L10s initially auto docked fine but has started to have issues recently. It looks like happened after I changed the carpet. L40s is having docking problems from the first day. How can I fix it?

Hello, your carpet appears to be quite thick, which is likely the reason the device isn't returning to the base station.

it is recommended that you place the base station on a hardwood floor, then recreate the map and observe whether it can successfully return to the base station.
