Non-magnetic pad holder

I recently purchased a Dreame X40 Ultra, and one of the mop pad holders is not magnetic out of the box. The mop pad will not attach on that side because there is no magnetic pull from the holder itself. I tested both pads and confirmed the issue is with the holder, not the pad.
