After 2 days

After 2 days my vacuum has no suction power. The vaccum motor does not even come on but it still moves around like its actual vacuuming

To help identify and resolve the problem efficiently, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Please confirm whether there is wind blowing out of the air outlet while the robot is vacuuming.  

1. If wind is blowing out, this indicates the fan is working properly.
- We recommend cleaning the dust box and filter to ensure the device’s suction remains unobstructed.
- Additionally, please increase the suction power and perform multiple cleaning cycles to improve the overall cleaning effect.  

2. If there is no wind blowing out of the air outlet during vacuuming and no fan operation sound is heard, this may mean the fan is abnormal and the device requires a repair.

Robot sounds like it is dispensing water in vac/mop mode but floors are dry

My new machine isn’t charging. Been stuck on 6% since we got it and did the mapping. Any suggestions?
