I have been using the H15 pro heat for about a month now and I love it. I have a elderly dog that pees in the house a lot because she struggles to make it outside in time and I have used the vacuum to clean these messes up a few times. However, now the vacuum smells like burning urine. I have cleaned it according to the manual and can't seem to get the smell to go away, I even replaced the roller. I have since ceased using it to clean these kinds of messes and just use it to clean regular everyday messes. Is there a way to clean this vacuum more deeply, without voiding the warranty?
