Map vanished

After using my L50 ultra for 2 months the map disappeared.  Does anyone know why this happens?  I did absolutely nothing in the app since its last clean

Hi, please troubleshoot using the following methods:

1. Please check if your app version and device firmware are the latest versions. If not, please update to the latest version.

2. Please confirm if you have switched Dreamehome accounts, reconfigured your network, or reset your device. If so, the map data will be lost.

3. Please check if your mobile network is stable. Restart the app; a poor network connection may prevent the map from loading correctly.

4.If the issue remains unresolved and you are a user in North America, you can contact support.na@dreame.tech for support. Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.
