Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Please confirm the ground environment when the machine malfunctions, whether it is on a carpet or a non-carpet area. Normally, the mop will only lift when it is in a carpeted area. If the carpet is misidentified, set the app to ignore the carpet or delete the carpet from the map.
2. Check if there are any foreign objects stuck in the roller position of the robot's chassis, and clear any debris.
3. If the roller guard is stuck and cannot be retracted, please refer to the link to troubleshoot.

4. Restart the robot and begin the mopping task again.
