Used water tank error

X40 ultra gives me a “Used water tank error when I attempt to start a clean.  I’ve clean and checked everything in the tank and cleaned the rubber seals inside the base.   Manually cleaned the base since it won’t allow the clean up cycle for the tray with the error.  

What to try next?
