L10s ultra gen 2 stops before finishing

My machine will start the job but returns to the base shortly after. The app says the cleaning task is complete but it is not. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I’m having the same issue I would like an answer to this all of a sudden is forgot where it’s homebase is or where it’s supposed to go aggravating

Reset back to factory and then re-map using the clean setting and not fast mapping.
